Culture development is often seen as a building or district-wide initiative.  The reality is, each individual in a school building, teachers and administrators in particular, are responsible for leading the culture of their classroom and building.  In this session, participants will learn about their role as a culture leader in their school.  Moreover, participants will utilize a CHAMP tool to create their own leadership plan so that they can return to their schools with clear actions to lead culture in their building and classroom.
